Madonna Williams is a transformational coach, Yoga teacher trainer, breath work & meditation teacher, author & speaker supporting her clients to reconnect to inner peace and live their best life.
Her classes, trainings, retreats, coaching and speaking have transformed hundreds of lives.
Founder of Zen Soul Academy, Zen Soul Life community, Australia & Author of Zen Soul Your Life. Madonna's dharma or purpose for life has always been to inspire health, happiness, courage and real life changes.
Since 2002 Madonna has studied and taught in all Yoga traditions including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Kundalini, Restorative and recently the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition.
Madonna has created and nurtured heart centred Yoga communities for over 20yrs.
Since returning from further studies in India, Madonna has rebranded as the founder of Zen Soul Academy, a comprehensive and integrative system that unites ancient yogic practices such as Hatha, Vinyasa, kriya, pranayama, meditation, Mantra, Kundalini and Yin with a contemporary understanding of consciousness and human evolution.
Madonna Williams is an accredited International Chopra Coach having completed extensive study in coaching fundamentals, Ayurvedic principles, and positive psychology.
Based in Paradise Point, Australia, Madonna also teaches retreats in Byron Bay, Bali and upcoming in India and Europe.
In all of her offerings, Madonna's intention is to support you on a mindful and
insightful journey to merging deeper into
stillness and the ultimate version as your authentic self.
Madonna has also trained in the art of Zen Thai Shiatsu and is qualified in the therapeutic use of pure essential oils.
Her past studies and careers include Health & Physical Education teaching, Exercise & Health science, Performing Arts, Nutrition and Personal training.
Madonna is the author of the well loved book 'Zen Soul Your Life' an inspirational guide to inspire mindfulness, yoga benefits and conscious food choices.
