Himalayan Yoga is a traditional, holistic practice incorporating Kriya techniques and Hatha postures to purify the mind & deepen self awareness. Classes will feature a mix of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation, and mantra chanting designed for inner peace, balance, overall health and stress relief.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga classes designed to offer a gentle form of Hatha yoga seated in a chair or standing postures with the aid of the chair. Using modifications of traditional Hatha yoga postures to support accessibility for students of all ages and abilities.
Park Yoga
Paradise Point Park yoga classes offer a rejuvenating, nature focused experience designed to connect the body, breath, and mind in an open air environment. These classes are generally open to all levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners—and focus on flexibility, strength, balance and community connection.
