Delicious Fish & Chips w/ Homemade Tartar ๐ŸŸ

We love this fun & tasty recipe from our favourite Dietitian & Nutritionist Holly at Paradise Pantry.

Fish & Chips!

โ€œThis healthy, homemade spin on what is a meal usually loaded with saturated fats and not so good for you oils.

I love to bake my potatoes in ghee or olive oil and crumb the fish (used flathead this time) with sourdough crumbs and quickly pan fry. Always served with fresh lemon. Delicousssss."

The sauce?


โ€I love the flavour of a good tartar sauce but always struggled to recreate it because Iโ€™ve never really found a mayo that I enjoy. Full of goodness (made using extra virgin olive oil ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป) and filled with collagen.โ€

Healthy Homemade Tartar
4 tbs Gevityrx Bone Broth Sauce Great Guts
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp caper or pickle juice
A few parsley leaves or dill, chopped

โ€Add all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to combine and dip away.
It even exceeded my expectations on the taste and I love knowing that every mouthful is very nutrient dense, Iโ€™m just a bit obsessed ๐Ÿ˜œโ€
